• Our services include doorstep home services such as plumbing, AC repair and servicing, house cleaning, TV repair, and electrical work. Service availability may vary depending on location, worker expertise, and operational capacity.
• Users must provide accurate personal, address, and service-related information while booking services.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and timely access to the property or appliance at the scheduled service time.
• Customers are requested to remove or secure valuables and personal belongings from the service area before work begins. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to belongings left in or around the work area.
• Bookings are subject to confirmation based on availability and service area.
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, poor prior installations or wiring, appliance wear and tear, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (such as power outages, water supply issues, or weather-related disruptions).
• Any service-related concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
• Additional or specialized work (such as extra plumbing fittings, replacement parts for AC or TV repair, or extended electrical work) must be clearly requested during booking or before the service begins. Extra charges may apply for such additional tasks, always with your approval.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse of services, fraudulent activities, abusive behavior, or violation of these terms.
• User information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
• We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Once a booking is confirmed and payment is completed, cancellation and refund requests may not be applicable. Refunds, if any, will be processed only in cases approved by the company.
