4. Property Access & Service Conditions

• Customers must ensure safe and timely access to the property for service delivery. If entry is not possible at the scheduled time, the booking may be delayed, rescheduled, or treated as cancelled. Customers should also inform Quick Worker in advance about any special site conditions, restrictions, safety concerns, pets, or access limitations that may affect the service.

5. Liability & Service Responsibility

While our service providers work with care and professionalism, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, poor prior installations, or issues unrelated to the booked service. Any complaint, deficiency in service, claim, dispute, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to the services provided through Quick Worker shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Subject to the provisions of the applicable consumer protection laws and other relevant statutes, disputes falling within the jurisdiction of the Consumer Commissions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, YSR Kadapa District, Andhra Pradesh. Where any matter falls within the jurisdiction of a higher judicial authority, such matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts, including the High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Amaravati, in accordance with the applicable laws of India.
